Refund policy

If you're not happy, we're not happy. Returns are accepted within 30 days, no matter where you are in the world.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note we can no accept returns on customised items.

To start a return, you can contact us at: info@arabicjewlz.com, Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and let you know whether your refund was approved or rejected.


Shipping Cost

If you would like a refund or exchange, you will be responsible for all shipping costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a return, the cost of shipping to and from our warehouse will not be included in your refund. Please consider using a trackable shipping service: we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged and defective products

We suggest that you inspect all packaging received for any defects. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will work with you. Damaged or defective items will be replaced.

We will require images of the damages to the product and of the original packaging received along with its shipping label.

Damaged items need to be reported within 5 days of receipt. Once your return request has been received, our customer care team will reach out to you within 1 business day.
